1. Introduction: What is PaxMinutes platform
PaxMinutes platform is a shopping tool. It consists of different users which are suppliers, customers and drivers. PaxMinutes platform includes websites and applications.
2. Definition of Customer, Supplier and Driver
Customer is a physical or non-physical entity who uses the PaxMinutes platform. Customers must be legally an adult or under an adult supervision in the platform’s operating country.
Supplier is a physical or non-physical entity who can provide products, services and/or subscriptions in the PaxMinutes platform. Supplier must be legally an adult or under an adult supervision in the platform’s operating country.
Driver is a physical or non-physical entity who provides delivery services for the PaxMinutes platform. Drivers can be part of a supplier team or a PaxMinutes platform’s partner team.
3. PaxMinutes Platform’s Oath
The PaxMinutes platform vows to protect its users’ privacy and implement the highest possible security protocols. It vows to keep the PaxMinutes platform fully operational but cannot guarantee it due to some critical conditions and/or some cases related to third party providers. PaxMinutes platforms’s team will monitor the processes in the platform regularly to guarantee the quality of the PaxMinutes platform but cannot be held responsible for an issue caused by the users.
Users can fill the form in the PaxMinutes platform, with required information to create their accounts except Drivers whose accounts are created by the PaxMinutes team for security reasons.
Users are responsible to provide the minimum required information like name, phone number, email, address, live location, etc to be able to enjoy the full PaxMinutes platform experience. Users always have the right to NOT give any information but without that minimum information, PaxMinutes platform cannot be operated fully.
Users have the right to modify this information whenever they want through the PaxMinutes platform. Users are responsible for keeping their data up to date.
Users are also responsible in case someone else is using the platform through their account. If someone is using your account without your permissions, let the PaxMinutes support team know immediately by emailing to [email protected]
Once an order is placed in the PaxMinutes platform, customers will be able to see their order details and status through the platform and the suppliers will be notified through the platform about that order.
The delivery methods supported in PaxMinutes platform are On site, Pickup and Delivery however it depends on the supplier preferences in what delivery method to support.
When customers order, PaxMinutes platform will share some of the customer information to allow the supplier to fulfill that order in the best way possible, like in case of a delivery order, phone number and address will be shared with the supplier and the driver.
In case of a problem, please contact the supplier directly. If the supplier cannot or refuses to solve the problem, please contact the PaxMinutes platform’s support team using the email [email protected]
Orders can be paid electronically through debit or credit card (Knet/Visa/Mastercard), using PaxWallet or with cash. Certain payment methods may not be available based on the supplier’s preferences in which payment methods to support in the PaxMinutes platform.
PaxMinutes platform’s team, suppliers, drivers or third parties will never ask you for your Credit/Debit card PIN number. Please never share that information.
If customers want, they can save their credit or debit card to add credit in their PaxWallet or pay in a faster way in the future. It will be stored in a third party payment provider with high-level security to make sure everything is secure.
PaxMinutes platform has the right to disable or enable any payment method without affecting the customer's deposited credit in PaxWallet.
At the moment, delivery can be performed by the supplier team or using a delivery partner through the PaxMinutes platform.
Cost and quality of the delivery service depends on the supplier, delivery partner and the industry however PaxMinutes’ platform team will monitor it on a regular basis to make sure reasonable cost and quality is provided.
Drivers, suppliers and PaxMinutes platform’s delivery partners will be committed to deliver the best delivery service possible that represents PaxMinutes platform the best way possible. That includes, but not limits, like the driver's way of driving, talking style, delivering operation, respecting, etc. PaxMinutes platform will not be held responsible if an issue regards to the delivery happened but will assist in resolving the situation and has the right to take any action to prevent or fix such a case.
In case of a delivery issue the following condition applied:
1. If the delivery from supplier side: Responsibility is on the supplier to deal with the situation in the best interest of customers.
2. If the delivery from the PaxMinutes platform’s delivery partner side: Responsibility is on the PaxMinutes platform’s delivery partner to deal with the situation in the best interest of customers.
In case of a issue, please contact the supplier directly. If the supplier cannot or refuses to solve the problem, please contact the PaxMinutes platform’s support team using the email [email protected]
8. Quality and Warranty
PaxMinutes platform cannot be held responsible in case of products, services or subscriptions not matching the customer’s quality expectation so it is recommended checking the products, services and subscriptions before accepting it. Nevertheless PaxMinutes platform will commit to spend reasonable efforts in resolving such situations.
Warranty policy depends on products, services, subscriptions, supplier industry and governing laws in the operating country.
9. Cancelation, Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy
Customers have the right to cancel, return, exchange or ask for a refund in certain conditions which depend on the products, services, subscriptions, supplier policy and governing laws in the operating country.
In case of return delivery fees might not be refunded.
Customers have the right to cancel their order, without consequences, as long as the order status is “New”. If the order status is moved by the supplier to “in progress”, the order has to go through.
Used or damaged products, services and subscriptions cannot be refunded or exchanged except if the supplier allows it.
10. Governing Laws and Forbidden Actions
Users must be committed to respect local and international governing laws in the PaxMinutes platform operating country. Users will be held responsible in case of breaching the law. Users are not allowed to use the PaxMinutes platform in a way that can damage PaxMinutes platform’s reputation and business like for example but not limit to, contents, products, services, or subscriptions that are violating copyrights and trademarks and defamatory and for example illegal, offensive, or obscene content. PaxMinutes platform has the right to take any action to prevent or fix such a case.
Customers are fully responsible for the evaluation and comments of products, services and subscriptions.
PaxMinutes platform will commit to control and filter anything that can be unethical, immoral or against local or international laws but cannot be held responsible in case of users breach.
11. Copyrights and Intellectual Property
PaxMinutes platform’s names, logos, slogans and concept are intellectual properties and a copyright for PaxMinder. That includes the following: “PaxMinutes”, “PaxSupplier”, “PaxDriver”, “Shop Like Never Before” and “Shop & Pax”.
No usage or reproduction is allowed without a written agreement from PaxMinder’s authorized signature for the mentioned properties in the previous paragraph

PaxMinutes platform uses a number of different cookies, including functional, performance, advertising, and social media or content cookies. Cookies make your experience better by allowing the website to remember your actions and preferences. This means you don’t have to re-enter this information each time you return to the site or browse from one page to another. Cookies also provide information on how people use the website, for instance, whether it’s their first time visiting or if they are a frequent visitor.
PaxMinutes platform is fully protected and monitored all the time and the data is encrypted using SSL protocols, reCAPTCH and other tools and methods for users' privacy protection and to prevent any unauthorized access, use, disclosure, and loss of the information. Only authorized and few personnel have access to the main database and they are legally binded to not share or use the information that they have access to outside the PaxMinutes platform main goals. The security procedures and tools are in constant improvement to make sure to provide a fully secure and efficient platform. Please note that all bank information details like user’s card details are NOT stored in PaxMinutes platform’s database for extra protection.
Users can decide to receive advertisements and offers by email. If a user doesn’t want to receive advertisement by email, please notify PaxMinutes platform team by emailing: [email protected]
15. Data Collection
PaxMinutes platform collects information to provide the best experience possible on the platform. Information is collected when you register, use the PaxMinutes platform including placing orders, browsing, etc. These data will be accessible to the authorized PaxMinutes team members worldwide. PaxMinutes platform may collect and share non private/personal data for analytics purposes with third parties inside or outside the operating country.
PaxMinutes platform will NEVER sell any personal data but these data might be shared for functions purposes like for example with a payment gateway provider to be able to process your transaction. PaxMinutes platform will try to limit the data shared with third parties but will NOT be held responsible if these third parties collect and use these shared data.
If users feel that any PaxMinutes’ third party is not respecting their privacy, please contact PaxMinutes platform team at [email protected] immediately.
PaxMinutes platform will disclose personal information, if required, to comply with legal authorities’ requirements, under the governing international and local laws in the platform’s operating country.
PaxMinutes platform will keep record of any transaction, request, complaint, etc for a minimum of 24 months from its date.
